The IdeaLED COB LED strip 6000 K 24 V 10 W/m with IP68 protection rating is designed for locations with the highest moisture demands, including full submersion in water, such as lighting for ponds, pool edges, or outdoor fountains. The strip's casing is made of silicone, providing flexibility and long-term resistance to moisture and UV radiation. It measures 5×12 mm, with an LED density of 480 LED/m, a luminous flux of 1010 lm/m, and a color rendering index above 90. The beam angle is 120 degrees, and the strip can be cut every 50 mm. Manufacturer IdeaLED specifies a lifespan of 30,000 hours and a 2-year warranty, and the product carries CE and RoHS certification. Compared to IP20 or IP67 rated strips, this IP68 version is the only one in the range suitable for full submersion in water, rather than just protection against splashes or moisture.
