Delivery methods and prices
- Pickup at our store in Riga – Piedrujas iela 18, Rīga, LV-1073 – free of charge. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready for pickup.
- Latvijas Pasts courier – delivery to your address anywhere in Latvia – 9,00 € per order.
Delivery costs are always shown in the cart before you confirm your order.
Delivery times
We order most products from the manufacturer or distributor after receiving your order, so the delivery time depends on the brand:
- Jung products – 5–10 working days.
- All other brands products – 15–25 working days.
Delivery time is counted from receipt of payment. If your order contains products from different brands, it is shipped in one parcel once all items have arrived, so the longest delivery time applies. If you would like to receive items in separate deliveries, please contact us.
If delivery of a product is delayed (for example, the manufacturer is out of stock), we will inform you and offer a new delivery date. In that case you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days.
Delivery outside Latvia
We currently deliver only within Latvia.
