1. General provisions.
1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how SIA Gaisma un Serviss, Reg. No. 50003948371, Strazdumuižas iela 80, Riga, LV-1024 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Data Controller") collects, processes and stores the personal data that watt.lv obtains from its customers and from persons who visit the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject" or "You").

2. Collection, processing and storage of personal data.

3.4. The Data Controller stores and processes the Data Subject's personal data for as long as at least one of the following criteria applies:

5. Final provisions
5.1.
